- How does the process start?
- It starts with a conversation, not a contract. You tell us about your business — what you do, who you serve, what's not working right now — and we take it from there. No forms to fill out blindly, no guessing what you need. Just a real conversation before anything gets built.
- How long does a typical project take?
- Every business is different, so we don't publish a fixed timeline — it depends on what you're building and how much back-and-forth we do together. What we can promise is that we won't rush to hit an arbitrary deadline, and we won't drag things out either. We'll talk through a realistic timeline once we understand your project.
- Do you offer ongoing support after launch?
- Yes. A website shouldn't be something we hand off and disappear. Once your site is live, we're still here — whether that's small updates, questions, or just making sure everything keeps running the way it should. Building something together doesn't end at launch.
- What's it like working with Hailean day to day?
- Personal, mostly. You'll be talking with someone who actually knows your project, not routed through a ticket system. We keep you in the loop as things take shape, and we'd rather ask a question than guess and get it wrong.
What makes Hailean different
- How is this different from a template or DIY builder?
- A template starts with a layout and asks your business to fit into it. We start with your business and build the layout around that. It takes more care and more time, but the result actually looks like you — not like the thousand other businesses that picked the same template.
- What does "trained on human psychology" actually mean?
- It means every build, whether shaped by a person or an agent we've trained, is guided by what actually earns someone's trust and attention — not just what statistically converts on average. Most automated tools optimize for averages. We're built to notice what makes you different instead.
- Do agents or humans build my site?
- Both, working together. Raul personally guides every project, and the agents supporting the work are trained specifically to understand human behavior and trust, not just to generate generic layouts. It's not either/or — it's a person setting the direction, with capable tools helping carry it out.

- Do you work with businesses outside Houston?
- Yes, happily. Hailean is based in Houston, Texas, but the work itself is entirely digital — we've built for businesses beyond our own backyard and we're glad to do the same for you, wherever you are.
- What do you need from me to get started?
- Honestly, not much more than a willingness to talk about your business. We'll ask about what you do, who your customers are, and what you're hoping this site accomplishes. The more you can share, the better we can build — but we'll guide the conversation either way.
- Is pricing available upfront?
- Not published on the site, and that's intentional. Every project is different, and a fixed price list would either force us to rush good work or pad estimates to stay safe — neither serves you well. We'll talk pricing honestly, based on your actual project, during our first conversation.
